NASS – Sleep Right Toolkit:

Sleep difficulties are growing amongst children and young people and are particularly common in young people with SEND.

Developed with Hunrosa Sleep Consultancy, NASS has launched its new Sleep Right Resource. The toolkit is a helpful resource that covers topics such as ‘average’ sleep needs and how to adjust bedtime routines and night-time behaviours to improve the quality and quantity of sleep.

to boost their reading skills. Regular reading routines can offer lots of opportunities for
