Music
At Chaigeley, Music is delivered in a manner that is sensitive to the needs of individual learners. As a unique and immersive art form, music can sometimes provide a sensory-rich experience, which requires a thoughtful and supportive approach to encourage exploration and discovery.
Students are given the opportunity to actively participate in music making using a variety of musical instruments, music production software, and DJ equipment. They are encouraged to unleash their creativity by composing their own music.
We also work closely with Amplified Music School, who visit Chaigeley every week to work with our pupils.
Amplified Music School
We are Jordan and Jim, and we are Amplified Music School.
Over the years we have taught 1000’s of students across the Northwest and in June 2022 we decided to open Amplified Music School.
We both work closely with the students of Chaigeley in helping them to express themselves through music. We deliver bespoke Guitar lessons that allows the students to learn the absolute fundamentals of the Guitar alongside the music and songs that they love. We also offer Piano & Keyboard lessons which follow the same format. Our aim is to make sure that we are delivering a fun, educational and accessible experience for our students.
We believe the pupils of Chaigeley are enjoying their music lessons with us. We have seen students who had zero experience of their instrument really embrace their tuition and push themselves forward. There are also students who have really flourished when it comes to expressing themselves through music production and laying down ideas that they have had in their head. These compositions will soon be uploaded to Spotify available for the students to listen to at home. The partnership between Amplified Music School and Chaigeley School has allowed these students to find their voice and showcase that in a supportive and safe environment.
