My name is Kayley and I am a member of the Pupil Support team here at Chaigeley School. I joined Chaigeley in 2016 where I began as a classroom Teaching Assistant before joining the Pupil Support team in 2017. I work alongside a colleague as the designated Keyworker for Key Stage 3 supporting Years 7 to 9, delivering activities to enable pupils to remove their blocks to learning. I strive to create a warm and nurturing environment, focusing on building self-esteem, confidence and providing a safe space for pupils to express themselves. I am also a qualified First Aider. I thoroughly enjoy my role, I love how no day is the same and my favourite thing is the relationships that I have built with the pupils.
