Form Team Overview

In Beech Class, we believe that learning should be fun and engaging. That’s why we absolutely love playing board games together—and yes, we frequently organise board game tournaments! These friendly competitions not only foster teamwork but also develop critical thinking and strategy skills.

We’re passionate about history and relish the opportunity to explore the past through engaging activities. Whether we’re diving into exciting historical events or delving into fascinating stories, every lesson is a new adventure.

Additionally, we take full advantage of our beautiful outdoor surroundings by participating in Forest School activities. From lighting fires to building shelters, our outdoor learning experiences allow us to develop resilience and a hands-on appreciation for nature.

We can’t wait to share our adventures and discoveries with you throughout the year. Here’s to a fantastic journey in Beech Class—let’s make it unforgettable!

Things to look forward to…

February 2026

Beech Class have had an exciting and memorable half-term! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Speke Aerodrome, where we explored historic aircraft including the BAE Jetstream 41 and the classic Avro 748. Students were fascinated by the cockpits and loved learning about how the planes operate. A definite highlight was having the opportunity to fly the Jetstream flight simulator — we discovered we have some very talented future pilots in Beech Class!

We are incredibly excited about our fishing trip to France for carp fishing. This will be a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills, build resilience and teamwork, and enjoy learning outdoors together. We can’t wait for the adventure ahead!
