Welcome to Larch
Welcome to Larch! We’re a lively bunch of Year 7 pupils who are always up for an adventure. We love diving into games and quizzes, especially when they challenge our brains. Solving riddles and tackling problems is what we do best!

Form Team Overview
When we’re not busy with our studies, you’ll find us enjoying some screen time, whether it’s playing on computers or watching our favourite movies. We also cherish our time outdoors with friends, exploring nature and having fun.
Forest School is a big hit with us, and we enjoy cooking too! We thrive when our learning is hands-on, so expect plenty of exciting activities throughout the year. We can’t wait to share our adventures and discoveries with you, making this year one to remember!
Things to look forward to…
February 2026
This term Larch class have been investigating the power of voice! Focusing on the building and subsequent falling of the Berlin Wall. We have investigated Street Art and it’s power of connection, leading us to the work of Banksy and the subversive messages they send. Earlier this term we investigated space travel and how science has progressed since the Moon landings.
We have enjoyed a huge variety of visits this term too, from Graffiti painting to personalised Physics workshops. We have also visited several exhibitions and museums and will continue to visit more amazing places and museums over the Summer Term.
